30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Premium purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. New subscribers also get a 7-day free trial — you won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being billed.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at hello@valleywinetrails.com with your order details and we'll help.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to Premium features until then.
