1. Who you're contracting with

Valley Wine Trails ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Christa Cooper (the "Seller"). By accessing or using Valley Wine Trails (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use features related to wineries and breweries. Always drink responsibly and never drink and drive.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, without limitation: (a) unlawful use or use that violates any applicable law or regulation; (b) fraud, spam, or impersonation of others; (c) infringement of intellectual property or other rights of third parties; (d) interfering with the security or integrity of the Service, including the use of malware, probing, scanning, scraping, or any automated extraction of data; and (e) reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing any part of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, branding, logos, and documentation, is owned by the Seller or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Merchant of Record

Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) and automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Please also review our Refund Policy.

7. Content & Accuracy

Location details, hours, and offers are provided as a guide. We do not guarantee accuracy and recommend confirming directly with venues.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time for: (a) material breach of these Terms; (b) non-payment of fees; (c) suspected security, fraud, or abuse risk; or (d) repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
